February saw a large amount of new material published onto the Crop Circle Research Archive:
- East Sussex was added to the Crop Circle Reports page to sit neatly alongside West Sussex. This means that the details of every crop circle ever reported in Sussex are now available. Other counties will follow in due course.
- A new area called Historic Research has been created. This will showcase research held within the CCRA that may have become forgotten or never received the publicity it should have in the first place:
- The Data Emerges (1991), Project Argus (1992) and Project Relate (1993) were early science-based research projects run by Michael Chorost, Director of North American Circle, and CCCS.
- The CCRA is always happy to publish research that is well thought out, may lead to a shift in understanding or delivers new knowledge and so The Whirling Wheels by Simon Miles can also be found here.
- Although some may not be that visible, 21 crop circles from 2003 have been added to Crop Circles Visible on Google Earth
- The Publications area has seen two new additions:
- The Bundle by Barry Reynolds – these behemoths, issued nearly 30 years ago, quite literally contained every shred of information available at the end of the years 1996 to 1998 whether that be online reports, branch reports, newspaper clippings and everything else besides. There’s over 1,000 pages of informaion between them.
- Crop Circle Surveys by John Langrish – From as early as 1990, John Langrish began to produce highly detailed surveys of crop circles, predominantly in and around the Hampshire / Wiltshire area.
