The Crop Circle Research Archive is home to one of the world’s largest databases of crop circle-related information.

The Database

The Crop Circle Research Archive database currently holds nearly 17,000 pieces of information cross-referenced to over 2,850 crop formations from 1927 to the early 2000s. This information is broken down into categories such as:

  • Surveys
  • Nearly 8,000 photos, many of which have never peviously been seen
  • Reports (many of these are first-hand and contemporaneous)
  • Scientific research that was undertaken at the time
  • Shadow diagrams
  • Geometry
  • Magazine articles and newspaper clippings
  • Correspondence (between researchers)

Much of this informaton has never previously been published.
