Crop circle researchers – a tribute
Here is a roll call of honour for those who have contributed in significant ways to the research of the circles over the years. The first list identifies the most prominent figures, who made major impacts in promoting and investigating the phenomenon, especially the pioneers. The names in the (longer) second list immortalise those who also gave of their time and energy in appreciated ways that left a mark. The third list names those who were actively sceptical or disrupted the above people with man-made circles and subterfuge!
Further names may be added in due course, or switched in the lists, and we are open to suggestions. Sadly, several of these people have passed away over the years but this is not noted here, as in the minds of their admirers they and their work live on forever anyhow.
